He had a couple of good years with the Cubs in the mid 80s (including 97 RBI in '84). His squatty body and bushy mustache got in the way of any ball hit directly at him. After the 1987 season he was traded for a lesser bat with a lesser mustache, Luis Quinones.

Cey turns 60 years old this week.

Rolando Roomes BONUS MUSTACHE: Rolando Roomes

Member good Ol' Rolando? Me neither. But he and his mustache got 16 at bats with the 1988 Cubs before being traded to the Reds for Lloyd McClendon. McClendon was an important part of the 1989 division winning Cubs, while Roomes was out of baseball by 1990.

Roomes turns 46 years old this week.
