DICK TIDROW
The Cubs acquired Tidrow in 1979 for fellow mustachioed pitcher Ray Burris. This turned out to be a lopsided trade in terms of baseball ability and mustache quality. Tidrow was a key member of the Cubs bullpen the following year, as the primary set up man for Bruce Sutter, and his mustache led the team in "awesomeness."
Tidrow had a bad year in 1981 (an ERA over 5), bounced back to have a good year for the Cubs in 1982, and pitched in the playoffs after the 1983 season. Unfortunately, it was for the White Sox, who got him in the Steve Trout trade.
He turns 61 years old this week.

BONUS MUSTACHE: Rick Reuschel
He was the best starting pitcher on the Cubs during the 1970s, and for several of those years sported a dashing stash. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a good luck charm, exactly. He shaved it off before the 1977 season and proceeded to win 20 games for the only time in his career.
Rick turns 59 years old this week.
